Project Manager
Full-time CA$45,000 – CA$75,000 / year

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Hands-on construction experience
• Management skills
• Review and complete projects within established budgetary guidelines
• Familiar with insurance regulations
• Direct crews, vendors, and subcontractors to accomplish the scope of work in timely fashion
• Order materials for each job
• Manage and oversee the progress and quality of work on all assigned jobs
• Review all invoices for materials and subcontracted labor and approve for payment
• Perform quality control visual walk-through on all completed jobs
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexible schedule, nights and weekends may be required when emergencies are called in
• Ability to read and comprehend Xactimate documents (must be able to work within budget)

Water Technician
Full-time · CA$15 – CA$18 / hour
1710 S 10th St, Noblesville, IN 46060
Responsibilities:
• Arrive at customer site as scheduled.
• Inspect site and present solutions to the customer.
• As part of a crew, you’ll remove floodwater using pumps and specialized equipment.
• Help crew remove damaged furniture, flooring and wall board.
• Position specialized equipment to dry affected areas.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Complete the project in the established time frame.
• Ensure the project is complete to the customer’s satisfaction.
Requirements:
• A valid driver’s license.
• Effective communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Prior water restoration experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to lift minimum 50 lbs
